Chef Rodelio is a partner and culinary director for e+o food and drink located in Chicago and e+o kitchen in Cincinnati. Both venues showcase his acclaimed and signature dishes and cuisine as well as his footprint on all aspects of the flavors that identify the restaurant.
5 years ago he embarked on a project in Italy which has now become multiple locations and concepts. Chef Rodelio has made his mark in Italy with his savvy Japanese fusion cuisine as well as American inspired dishes. 2 restaurants in Salerno and a menu at Me Geisha Roma keeps Rodelio traveling and improving on his Italian speaking.
